Within this session we will cover negative stress cycles, signs of stress both mental and physical, before looking at causes of stress to notice triggers. By reflecting on our thoughts and behaviours we can notice where to make small changes, sharing stories is a brilliant opportunity to do this. | Choice/Hope |

We will cover myths and facts around the law before going on to explore some commonly used sections under the act in mental health care. Person-centred care, advanced decision making and least restrictive care will be discussed before closing with when a section made under the act can end.
