Character Strengths | Character strengths are individual to a person and can contribute to wellbeing and confidence. Discovering our character strengths captures our uniqueness and are important to improve a sense of self, greater life satisfaction and positive emotions. Within this session we will take a look at what character strengths are, how these are reflected in your thoughts, feelings and actions to promote wellbeing and how we can start recognizing these. By reflecting on our experiences, we might find areas which we are proud of but also want to work on. At community roots, we can provide you with courses to support this. | Wellbeing |
